Returns:

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery. For your return to be eligible for a full refund (shipping charge is non-refundable), your item must be in the same condition as you received it, "unopened", unused" "in original packaging". *20% restocking fee may apply if the return is not in "Brand New" condition.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@medlabamerica.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will then provide you with a return authorization number and the address to send the item(s) back to. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the return.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned. (Please refer to the list below)  Please note that all clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

1. Opened or used equipment: Once equipment has been used or opened, it may be contaminated and unsuitable for resale.

2. Clearance / Refurbished items: The items listed under our "Clearance Items" or "Refurbished Items" category are final sale. No returns accepted nor exchanges. 

3. Consumable items: Items that are designed to be used once and then disposed of, such as disposable gloves, needles, and syringes, may not be eligible for return due to health and safety concerns.

4. Special order items: Items that are not regularly stocked and are specifically ordered for a customer are not eligible for return. If you believe that the product you are willing to purchase may fall into this category, please contact us first at 1-888-822 3336 or by email at info@medlabamerica.com before making your purchase to avoid any possible return issues. 

5. Hazardous materials: Items that are classified as hazardous materials, such as chemicals or radioactive materials, may not be eligible for return due to safety concerns.

6. Software and digital media: Once software or digital media has been opened or activated, it may not be eligible for return due to licensing and copyright issues.

7. Heavy equipment that require palletized shipment such as autoclaves, colposcopes, laboratory incubator shakers, industrial ultrasonic cleaners, heavy lighting fixtures, etc. For more information we recommend you to contact us for more details before you make a purchase.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then process your refund and issue a credit to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-4 days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges:

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@medlabamerica.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item.

Order Cancellations:

We do not accept cancellations on orders once they are shipped. Undeliverable or refused shipments will be subject to a 25% restocking charge plus the cost of shipping and handling.
