We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your return MUST also be in original packaging. *15-25% restocking fee may apply if the return is not in resalable condition.

To initiate a return, please email us at with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will then provide you with a return authorization number and the address to send the item(s) back to. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the return.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned. (Please refer to the list below)  Please note that all clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  1. Opened or used equipment: Once equipment has been used or opened, it may be contaminated and unsuitable for resale.

  2. Consumable items: Items that are designed to be used once and then disposed of, such as disposable gloves, needles, and syringes, may not be eligible for return due to health and safety concerns.

  3. Special order items: Items that are not regularly stocked and are specifically ordered for a customer are not eligible for return.   4. Hazardous materials: Items that are classified as hazardous materials, such as chemicals or radioactive materials, may not be eligible for return due to safety concerns.

  5. Software and digital media: Once software or digital media has been opened or activated, it may not be eligible for return due to licensing and copyright issues.

  6. Heavy equipment that require palletized shipment such as autoclaves, colposcopes, laboratory incubator shakers, industrial ultrasonic cleaners, heavy lighting fixtures, etc. For more information we recommend you to contact us for more details before you make a purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then process your refund and issue a credit to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-4 days for the refund to appear on your account.


If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. To initiate an exchange, please email us at [email address] with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item.

Order Cancellations:

We do not accept cancellations on orders once they are shipped. Undeliverable or refused shipments will be subject to a 25% restocking charge plus the cost of shipping and handling.
