The IKA RV 10 Digital with Dry Ice Condenser pairs the proven RV 10 digital drive and universal 4 L heating bath with a dry ice (cold finger) condenser, making it especially well suited to distilling low-boiling solvents that are difficult to capture with conventional water-cooled condensers. The dry ice condenser provides very low condensing temperatures without the need for a recirculating chiller, while the digital platform delivers fast heat-up and reproducible results.
Operation is supported by smooth start, left/right interval, and timer functions through an ergonomic interface. The unit retains the full RV 10 digital safety package: a motorized lift with automatic power-failure lift-out, adjustable safety temperature circuits, dry-run protection, an adjustable lower end stop, and a bath lock function. An RS 232 interface enables remote control via IKA labworldsoft, and an IR interface links the bath to the main drive.
