The IKA RV 10 Digital with Coated Dry Ice Condenser combines the reliable RV 10 digital drive and universal 4 L heating bath with a protective-coated dry ice (cold finger) condenser, making it ideal for distilling low-boiling solvents in settings where added safety is required. The coating helps contain glass fragments in the unlikely event of breakage, while the dry ice condenser reaches very low condensing temperatures without a recirculating chiller.
The digital platform delivers fast heat-up and reproducible results, supported by smooth start, left/right interval, and timer functions through an ergonomic interface. It retains the full RV 10 digital safety package: a motorized lift with automatic power-failure lift-out, adjustable safety temperature circuits, dry-run protection, an adjustable lower end stop, and a bath lock function. An RS 232 interface enables remote control via IKA labworldsoft, and an IR interface links the bath to the main drive.
