Descripción

The Bionet® Cardio Q50 is a 12-channel interpretive resting ECG built around an 8" capacitive color touch screen that stays responsive through medical gloves. It acquires all twelve leads simultaneously at an 8,000 Hz digital sampling rate and interprets them with both the Bionet algorithm and the University of Glasgow algorithm, which weighs age, gender and race and is highly effective in STEMI interpretation.

A single AUTO key runs the whole study — acquisition, analysis, documentation, storage, printout and export — in about three seconds. Beyond the standard 10-second record the Cardio Q50 offers 30-minute full disclosure with real-time arrhythmia detection and side-by-side comparison against the patient's previous ECG. Reports print on the built-in thermal recorder in A4 or Letter format, or leave the device entirely as PDF, XML, MFER, BMP, JPG or DICOM over LAN or optional Wi-Fi. The device is spirometry-ready: adding the SPM-300 USB handle turns it into a combined ECG and pulmonary function workstation that stores both results under one patient record.

Key features:

  • 8" wide capacitive color touch screen (1,024 x 600) that responds through medical gloves
  • Simultaneous 12-channel acquisition at an 8,000 Hz digital sampling rate
  • Two interpretation algorithms: the Bionet algorithm and the University of Glasgow algorithm, which accounts for age, gender and race
  • One-touch AUTO key: acquisition, analysis, documentation, storage, printout and export in about 3 seconds
  • 30-minute full-disclosure recording with real-time arrhythmia detection and live comparison against a previous ECG
  • 120 interpretation statements, plus HRV trend analysis from a single command
  • Built-in memory for 500 ECG records; USB flash-drive storage and USB barcode-reader support
  • Built-in thermal recorder printing half-A4 or half-Letter reports, with Text, Guide and Vector beat formats
  • Paperless export in PDF, XML, MFER, BMP, JPG and DICOM for EMR, HIS and PACS systems
  • LAN and optional Wi-Fi transmission, plus HDMI output for a large-screen display
  • Spirometry-ready: an external USB handle adds COPD, FVC, SVC and MVV test modes, stored alongside the patient's ECG data
  • Replaceable Li-ion battery giving approximately 10 hours of use or 350 printed ECGs, recharging in about 3 hours
  • HIPAA-oriented security: encrypted patient data, per-user IDs, roles and passwords, event log, auto standby and shutdown, and patient-name masking on printouts
