The patented IKA Tube Mill 100 control is an innovative batch mill designed with disposable grinding chambers to eliminate cross-contamination and remove the need for time-consuming cleaning. The system accommodates grinding chambers with volumes up to 100 mL (MT 100), making it ideal for efficient sample preparation in laboratory environments.
Constructed with transparent grinding chambers and covers, the Tube Mill 100 control allows users to observe the grinding process at any time. It is suitable for processing hard, dry, and brittle materials with a Mohs hardness of up to 5 and is particularly effective for grinding seeds such as corn, wheat, and similar agricultural samples.
For enhanced user safety, the mill only operates when the protective hood is securely closed.
