Description
The RC 5 basic is a powerful recirculating chiller built for external cooling applications down to -30 °C. Running on an eco-friendly refrigerant, this energy-efficient unit achieves a high power density that keeps its laboratory footprint comparatively small while delivering 1400 W of cooling capacity.
Its speed-controlled PEEK pump provides indirect, continuous control of maximum pressure and flow, and excellent temperature stability of roughly ±0.1 K lets the RC 5 handle demanding applications. The insulated, high-quality 7 L bath includes an integrated funnel and drain valve for safe, clean thermal-fluid handling, and a hose can be attached to empty the bath without direct contact. An easy-open front flap simplifies cleaning of the cooling unit's air filter.
