Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at MedLabAmerica.com. We strive to provide you with the best possible customer service and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied, we offer the following return policy:
Returns:
We accept returns on most items within 14 days after delivery. No returns accepted after 14 days. For your return to be eligible for a full refund (shipping charge is non-refundable), your item must be in the same condition as you received it, "unopened", unused" "in original packaging". *20% restocking fee will apply if the return is not in "Brand New" condition.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@medlabamerica.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will then provide you with a return authorization number and the address to send the item(s) back to. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned. (Please refer to the list below) Please note that all clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Opened or used equipment: Once equipment has been used or opened, it may be contaminated and unsuitable for resale.
- Clearance / Refurbished items: The items listed under our "Clearance Items" or "Refurbished Items" category are final sale. No returns accepted nor exchanges.

Consumable items: Items that are designed to be used once and then disposed of, such as disposable gloves, needles, and syringes, may not be eligible for return due to health and safety concerns.

Special order items: Items that are not regularly stocked and are specifically ordered for a customer are not eligible for return. If you believe that the product you are willing to purchase may fall into this category, please contact us first at 1-888-822 3336 or by email at info@medlabamerica.com before making your purchase to avoid any possible return issues.

Hazardous materials: Items that are classified as hazardous materials, such as chemicals or radioactive materials, may not be eligible for return due to safety concerns.

Software and digital media: Once software or digital media has been opened or activated, it may not be eligible for return due to licensing and copyright issues.
- Heavy equipment that require palletized shipment such as autoclaves, colposcopes, laboratory incubator shakers, industrial ultrasonic cleaners, heavy lighting fixtures, etc. For more information we recommend you to contact us for more details before you make a purchase
Items with a value exceeding $2,000 are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy. In such cases, return eligibility, restocking fees, and refund terms will be determined in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then process your refund and issue a credit to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-4 days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges:
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@medlabamerica.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item.
Order Cancellations:
We do not accept cancellations on orders once they are shipped. Undeliverable or refused shipments will be subject to a 25% restocking charge plus the cost of shipping and handling.

The IKA C 3000 Isoperibol Calorimeter is the advanced successor to the IKA C 2000, offering improved performance, greater automation, and enhanced ease of use. New features include faster test cycles, a spherical decomposition vessel for improved heat transfer and pressure stability, and an intuitive touchscreen interface. Both oxygen charging and water handling are fully automated, minimizing operator involvement and increasing efficiency.
Designed for precise determination of calorific values, the C 3000 complies with ISO 1928, ASTM D4809, ASTM D5865, ASTM 240, and GB/T 213 standards. It is well suited for applications in industries such as power generation and cement production, where accurate energy analysis is essential.
