Description
The Pulse 150™ Ultrasonic Homogenizer uses ultrasonic energy and cavitation to disrupt cells, shear DNA, and prepare samples for ChIP assays. Delivering up to 150 W of power, it processes volumes from 0.1 to 150 ml with the appropriate horn.
The system includes a controller, transducer, temperature probe, 6 mm titanium alloy horn, tool wrenches, and a soundproof enclosure with sample platform to reduce noise. The standard 6 mm horn supports 10–100 ml volumes, with optional horns available for other ranges.
A 4.3-inch color touchscreen allows easy setup of power and pulsed operation. Up to 20 programs can be saved, and built-in alarms notify users of temperature limits, load issues, or cycle completion
