Description
The IKA Twister Set 3 (marketed by IKA as the MIXSTER Set 3 following a brand rename; the Ident No. 0020027389 is unchanged) is a compact, multi-position magnetic stirrer supplied with three universal magnetic drive units. Each drive stirs up to 5 liters at speeds to 3000 rpm and viscosities up to 500 mPas, delivering strong mixing performance in a very short time.
The system is modularly expandable to as many as 30 stirring positions, which can be run separately or synchronously via the leader-follower principle. An intuitive 360° LED glass display shows speed or stirring power, and the IP 66 protection class allows cleaning under running water and operation in demanding lab environments.
