Description
The IKA Tube Mill 100 control is the world's first patented batch mill designed around disposable grinding chambers, eliminating cross-contamination and the need for cleaning between runs. It accepts the larger MT 100 grinding chamber with a maximum capacity of 100 ml, while its transparent chamber and cover let you watch the milling process at any time. The mill processes hard, dry, and brittle materials up to 5 Mohs hardness and is particularly well suited to grinding seeds such as corn and wheat.
Built for safe, reproducible work, the mill starts only when the hood is closed. Operators control and document every parameter through the USB interface, and a clear multilingual OLED display, touch keypad, and programmable test conditions make serial testing straightforward and repeatable.
