Description
The IKA RCT 5 digital is a powerful magnetic stirrer with an 850 W heater, making it an ideal device for demanding stirring tasks up to 20 l. A multifunctional menu lets you set direction of rotation, timer functions and sequence programs, so the stirring process can be programmed from beginning to end and runs reliably even without monitoring.
Its rectangular set-up plate carries a white, scratch-resistant ceramic coating that is far less prone to scratching than conventional plates, while the chemical-resistant hardened-glass display improves user safety. A hot-surface symbol warns of burn risk and the safety circuit is adjustable up to 370 °C, with automatic switch-off if the external temperature sensor is not immersed in the medium.
