Description
The IKA® LR-2.ST Starvisc 200 is a modular laboratory reactor system that pairs high-torque stirring with live viscosity measurement. Its STARVISC 200-2.5 control torque-measuring stirrer shows, in real time during a run, how the viscosity of the stirred substance is developing — making it especially useful during product development. A reinforced agitator mounting safely transfers high motor torque, so even highly viscous media can be stirred intensively while their viscosity is displayed.
ULTRA-TURRAX® dispersers, temperature sensors, flow breakers, and other accessories attach to the open ports on the reactor cover. The system is vacuum-capable, and all seals that contact the sample are made of solvent- and temperature-resistant perfluoroelastomer (FFPM).
