The Bovie Bantam|PRO, A952 boasts dual functionality as both a High Frequency Desiccator and a Bovie Generator, offering 50 watts of cutting power and coagulation capabilities. Engineered for longevity, it incorporates advanced chip technology and minimizes internal heat generation. Cleanup is effortless with its non-absorbing, high-impact ABS enclosure.

Compact and mobile, the standard package includes essential accessories for versatile use. With three modes of operation and easy-touch controls, it ensures procedural confidence and efficiency. The surgical handpiece rests securely in a designated holder, promoting safety and ease of use.

In electrosurgical generator mode, Bovie NEM™ pad sensing technology enhances patient protection. Post-procedure cleanup is swift thanks to liquid-resistant membrane switches and nonabsorbent ABS enclosures.

As a High Frequency Desiccator, it provides 40 watts of fulguration power, adjustable in 1/10 watt increments. Versatile and reliable, the Bovie Bantam|PRO, A952 is the ultimate solution for various cutting procedures in medical settings. 

Features:

• Cut mode: The Cut mode gives a general cutting with a standard RF waveform to cut all types of tissue with minimal hemostasis.  It generates constant output power over a wide range of impedances.
• Blend Mode: The Blend Mode is a combination of Cutting and Hemostasis (55/45). The Blended Cutting offers increased control of bleeding at the surgical application site.
• Coagulation Mode: The Coagulation Mode provides precise control of bleeding in localized areas.
• Fulguration Mode: The Fulguration Mode produces a sparking at the skin surface for more shallow tissue destruction.  In the Fulguration Mode the patient return pad is not required.  If increased coagulation is required then a grounding pad will increase the hemostasis effect.
• Bipolar Mode: The Bipolar Mode is more aggressive coagulation mode, with some arcing, and works with modulation and a crest factor of 4.8.
• Micro Bipolar Mode: The Micro Bipolar mode is a more gentle mode of coagulation,  has no arcing, and works with a continuous waveform and a crest factor of 2.6.
• Return Electrode Sensing and Contact Quality Monitoring: The Bantam Pro incorporates a return electrode contact quality monitoring system (Bovie NEM™).  When using a split pad (Highly Recommended) the system continually monitors the contact quality between the patient and the split return electrode.  This feature is designed to minimize patient burns at the return electrode site.
