Accuris™ PR2000-H High ROX qMAX Green PCR Mix with Blue Tracking Dye is a high-performance SYBR Green–based real-time PCR master mix optimized for accurate and sensitive DNA quantification on instruments requiring High ROX passive reference dye normalization. It delivers strong amplification efficiency and excellent reproducibility across a wide range of templates.

The hot-start formulation enhances specificity by reducing non-specific amplification and primer-dimer formation, ensuring clean and reliable results. The included blue tracking dye enables easy visualization during pipetting and supports direct sample loading, improving workflow accuracy and convenience.

Ideal for gene expression analysis, validation studies, and routine qPCR applications where high ROX compatibility and consistent performance are required.
