The IKA EUROSTAR 20 high speed control is a high-speed overhead stirrer with a detachable wireless controller (WiCo) and a multilingual color TFT display, built for demanding mixing of volumes up to 20 liters (water). A microprocessor-controlled brushless DC motor holds the set speed across a wide 0/150 to 6000 rpm range and automatically compensates for viscosity changes for constant, reproducible results.
RS 232 and USB interfaces allow full control, documentation of all parameters and firmware updates, while an integrated torque-trend display tracks viscosity changes during the run. Programmable timer and interval functions, integrated temperature measurement and an adjustable safety circuit round out the feature set. The unit ships with the R 6000 precision shaft (280 mm long, up to 220 mm immersion depth) and a temperature sensor.
