Accuris™ PR2001-L-100 qMAX Probe qPCR Mix (Low ROX) is a probe-based real-time PCR master mix optimized for use with TaqMan™, Scorpions®, and molecular beacon probes. Supplied as a ready-to-use 2X formulation, it delivers reliable quantification, superior sensitivity, and consistent performance across a wide range of qPCR applications.
The Accuris Hot Start Taq DNA Polymerase provides robust amplification across a variety of templates, including low copy number and difficult sequences, while the specially formulated buffer delivers earlier Ct values and broad dynamic range detection. Multiplex reactions can be performed without any loss in performance or decrease in detection sensitivity. The 2X mix requires little, if any, optimization and is compatible with both fast and standard cycling protocols.
Ideal for gene expression analysis, pathogen detection, genotyping, and multiplex assays on instruments requiring Low ROX normalization such as the Applied Biosystems StepOne™, StepOnePlus™, QuantStudio™ 3 and 5, and Bio-Rad CFX systems.
