Description
The RC 2 lite compact recirculating chiller provides a powerful 400 W cooling capacity and is designed for straightforward cooling applications down to -10 °C.
It is ideally suited as a peripheral unit for cooling rotary evaporators, reflux condensers, and other equipment that dissipates heat via heat exchangers, such as double-walled grinding vessels, cooled incubators, laboratory reactors, and cooling coils.
A readily accessible and easy-to-clean stainless steel mesh filter ensures consistently high cooling performance over time. With a low filling volume of just 1 liter, the system quickly reaches target temperatures, while a 2.5-liter working volume supports multiple external applications without frequent refilling. The fluid level can be easily monitored through a large, illuminated sight glass.
A powerful pressure and suction pump allows simultaneous operation of several small applications and supports use with open bath systems in combination with a level controller. The use of the natural refrigerant R290 makes the RC 2 lite an environmentally friendly and future-oriented solution.
