Description
The IKA® RV 10 auto pro V is the flagship of IKA's rotary-evaporator line, built around an automated, intuitive workflow. A bright TFT color display, an integrated vacuum controller, automatic cooling-water management, and a 40-solvent library let you set up and run distillations with minimal manual steps, while extended ramp programming and smooth-start, interval, and timer functions handle customized procedures. The included VACSTAR digital vacuum pump is driven directly from the evaporator's control unit.
Safety is built in: a motorized lift with safety-stop raises the flask out of the heating bath on power failure, backed by adjustable temperature safety circuits, boil-dry protection, adjustable end-point recognition to help prevent glass breakage, and a locking function. The vertical-condenser glassware uses a 1500 cm² cooling surface for efficient recondensing, and USB / RS-232 interfaces allow remote control via IKA labworldsoft.
