Description
The IKA EUROSTAR 100 control P4 is a high-torque overhead stirrer built for highly viscous applications and intensive mixing of batches up to 100 liters (H2O). The P4 gearbox trades top speed for power, delivering up to 320 Ncm at a controlled 10 to 300 rpm, while a brushless DC motor and detachable wireless controller (WiCo) with multilingual TFT display keep operation precise and repeatable.
Microprocessor regulation holds the set speed steady and compensates automatically for viscosity changes up to 100,000 mPas. Integrated temperature measurement, a torque trend display, reversible rotation, plus RS 232 and USB interfaces support full parameter control and documentation, and built-in safety circuits cut power under anti-stall or overload conditions.
